SYNOPSIS OF AGE CATEGORIES FOR 2008

Youth D

Under 10

born in 1998 or 1999From 1st Jan of year in which 9th birthday falls to 31st December of year in which 10th birthday falls
Youth C

Youth B

Under 14

BSCA rules relating the age categories work on the school year so if you are 11 at the beginning of the school year then you race as an under 12. Point 2 of their current rules.
