How to - Create a new Category in the Photograph gallery PDF Print E-mail

If you have pictures you'd like to add and there isn't a suitable category - you can add one. 

  • Go into the Year you wish to add to.
  • Click the Green plus symbol – towards the top right.
  • Enter your desired Title and Name (both the same) eg. “National Trophy 5 - Mackworth, Derby 2008” – try to stick to the common pattern.
  • Ensure that the appropriate Parent is selected eg. Year.
  • Click the Disk Save button – towards the top right.

That's all there is to it! Then you can Add your photographs.

How to - Add a single calendar event PDF Print E-mail

Go to the Calendar section:

  • Click Add and event towards the bottom left of the screen.
  • Enter the event title in the Subject field eg. “Club meeting” – try to stick to the common pattern.
  • Pick an Event category from the list.
  • Enter any appropriate information in the Activity box  eg. web address, contact name, etc.
  • Click the Calendar tab at the top, enter the event Start date (format YYYY-MM-DD) and the start time (HH:MM 12 hr clock), select AM or PM.
  • Enter the event End date (format YYYY-MM-DD) and the End time (HH:MM 12 hr clock), select AM or PM.
  • Click the Disk Save button – towards the top right.
